Where’s the peanuts gone
Thank you for your feedback. There was a Taveners version of Sweet Peanuts which did contain a peanut centre, later replaced with a praline centre, before the sweets were discontinued. Stockley’s Sweet Peanuts are a different version of this nostalgic sweet - they’re a peanut and cream flavoured hard boiled sweet without a peanut or praline centre.

Not what I thought like the old times , which had bits of peanuts inside.
Sweet peanuts should have chopped nuts inside the candy shell - a salty contrast to the outer! These are a poor attempt at the original…
Wife loved all the variety of sweets supplied from the 70's for her 50th Birthday
